Clay is a fine person, but, he needs a lesson in the communication department. My treatment plan was changed in the middle of my treatment. And received dentures I didn't want. His main dental assistant is very rough. I considered clay and his staff my freinds, I am just sorry that the relationship ended. He claims I owe him money, and promised he wouldn't send the account to collections until I have the new dentures he provided for me adjusted. I am receiving collection letters. I have not heard from him.
